Outbound Prospecting (Core Focus): Build a consistent pipeline using cold email, cold calling, and LinkedIn. Execute multi-touch sequences and ICP-based segmentation to engage key decision-makers.
Publisher Acquisition: Identify, qualify, and onboard mid-to-large scale publishers across Web, CTV, and In-App environments.
Tier 1 Publishers: Hands-on experience in dealing with publishers in the US and other Tier 1 countries.
Relationship Management: Act as the primary lead during onboarding and early-stage growth; support long-term partnership development with Publishers, SSPs, and media owners.
Synergy With Ops Team: Collaborate with Ops team on eCPM trends and products to identify and execute inventory scaling opportunities.
Revenue Targets: Work independently to achieve targets set by management.
Sales Hygiene: Maintain CRM accuracy (Zoho/HubSpot) and provide regular reporting on pipeline health and market trends.
Experience: 2–4 years in digital advertising, publisher partnerships, or programmatic sales.
Outbound Mastery: Proven track record in cold outreach, social selling, and multi-threading (engaging multiple stakeholders within an organization).
Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of SSPs, Header Bidding, and programmatic monetization models.
Tech Stack: Proficiency with outreach tools (Apollo, Sales Navigator) and CRM platforms.
Hunting Mindset: Driven by high activity levels and conversion-oriented outreach.
Data-Driven: Ability to analyze outreach metrics and inventory performance to optimize results.
Global Fluency: Comfortable navigating multiple time zones and international markets.
