Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding Publishers on Google Ad Manager and/or In House SSP.

  • Create and manage ad units, creatives and optimize ad campaigns.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive app monetization strategies to maximize ROI and fill rates.

  • A/B test different monetization tactics and features to measure their impact on revenue.

  • Track and report on key monetization metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance.

  • Troubleshoot ad serving issues and provide technical support on SDK / Firebase / Publisher’s Ad Server.

  • Collaborate with Publishers and Developers to implement new monetization features.

  • Resolve Publisher’s queries (Technical / Operational) within

  • Stay up to date with the latest app monetization trends and technologies and Google Ad Manager platform updates to identify monetization opportunities.

  • Provide Client Servicing and pre and post implementation support

Skills and Experience:

  • Graduate Degree

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Publisher-side Ad Operations, especially Google Ad Manager

  • Proven experience in programmatic advertising and app monetization

  • Strong understanding of various monetization models, Ad Servers, Ad Exchanges, Ad Networks, DSPs, SSPs

  • Proficient in MS Excel Google Sheet with strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.

  • Ability to work independently and able to handle a team.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to take 100% ownership of tasks.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
