Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to deeply understand their advertising goals, objectives, and challenges.

  • Lead client calls to discuss industry trends, project updates, and performance evaluations
    relative to client objectives.

  • Identify gaps in client needs or our service capabilities, proposing proactive and innovative solutions.

  • Develop and present comprehensive client proposals based on thorough industry and client analyses.

  • Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for their needs and
    preferences.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams—including AdOps, Sales, and Performance Specialists—to address client needs and drive business growth.

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, with a focus on increasing Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) from your assigned portfolio.

  • Proactively develop and execute Account Plans that foster deeper client relationships and expand revenue streams.

  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly to enhance overall client experience.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative analysis to uncover new sales opportunities.

  • Strong skills in account management and solution based selling, with a demonstrated ability to drive client engagement.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while utilizing data to inform decision-making.

  • Experience managing high-pressure situations, including effectively resolving client escalation and mitigating risks.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, complemented by outstanding presentation abilities.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

  • 8+ years of experience in Account Management within the digital advertising industry.

  • Proven experience working with US and/or UK clients, or in US/UK markets.

  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms is mandatory

  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a passion for driving client success.
