Lead client calls to discuss industry trends, project updates, and performance evaluations
relative to client objectives.
Identify gaps in client needs or our service capabilities, proposing proactive and innovative solutions.
Develop and present comprehensive client proposals based on thorough industry and client analyses.
Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for their needs and
preferences.
Collaborate closely with internal teams—including AdOps, Sales, and Performance Specialists—to address client needs and drive business growth.
Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, with a focus on increasing Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) from your assigned portfolio.
Proactively develop and execute Account Plans that foster deeper client relationships and expand revenue streams.
Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly to enhance overall client experience.
Proven ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative analysis to uncover new sales opportunities.
Strong skills in account management and solution based selling, with a demonstrated ability to drive client engagement.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while utilizing data to inform decision-making.
Experience managing high-pressure situations, including effectively resolving client escalation and mitigating risks.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, complemented by outstanding presentation abilities.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
8+ years of experience in Account Management within the digital advertising industry.
Proven experience working with US and/or UK clients, or in US/UK markets.
Familiarity with digital advertising platforms is mandatory
