Key Responsibilities:
SEO Management:
Develop, implement, and manage the company’s and select clients’ SEO strategy and workstreams

Perform ongoing keyword research and optimize website content to improve SERP performance

Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth

Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools
-
Recommend and implement technical SEO best practices, including site architecture, page speed optimization, and mobile optimization
-
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates
Website Design and Development:
-
Design, develop, and maintain the company websites and landing pages; projects will also include client landing page development

Work on projects using WordPress and Wix, customizing themes and plugins as appropriate
-
Work closely with the content marketing lead and graphic designer to ensure websites are functional, visually appealing, user-friendly, responsive and optimized for conversions

Perform regular updates and maintenance to ensure site security and functionality

Collaborate with the content team to ensure the website content aligns with SEO strategies
Project Management:

Manage website-related and SEO projects from concept to completion
-
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects

Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines and progress reports
Analytics and Reporting:

Track and analyze website traffic and user behavior

Generate regular reports on SEO performance and website metrics

Provide actionable insights to improve website performance and SEO rankings
Skills and Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in any field
-
2-4 years’ experience in SEO management with a track record of improving search engine rankings
-
2+ years of experience and proficiency in website design and development using WordPress
-
Knowledge of other platforms such as Wix is highly desirable
-
Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
-
Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc
-
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
