Senthil Govindan

CEO & Founder

Senthil has worked across areas like consulting, solution architecture, B2B marketing and Advertising in i2, Oracle, IBM, and Ozone Media. He has experience working in the US, Japan, and Australia before heading back to India for his MBA and post-MBA career. He founded Datawrkz in 2013, building on his deep expertise and interest in the advertising technology space.

Senthil lives in Bangalore, India along with his wife and two kids though, as he often says, he spends a lot of his life on a plane.

He has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona, and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Mayank Khirwadkar

VP, Managed Services & Ad Operations

Mayank heads the managed services and ad operations functions at Datawrkz. He brings over 15 years of experience in the IT industry having worked across various functions like program management, client engagement and business development. He has led several cross functional teams and driven business outcomes for enterprise customers across verticals like Process Manufacturing, BFSI and Technology

At Datawrkz, he is responsible for leading our managed services team, delivering exceptional outcomes to our global clients. In addition, he also leads our ad operations team, which provides the technical and analytical horsepower behind our most complex client engagements.

Mayank holds an Engineering degree from Visveshwaraiah Technological University and an MBA in General Management from IIM Ahmedabad.

Arunprabu Kesavan

Senior Director, Publisher Solutions

Arun is the head of Publisher Solutions at Datawrkz.

Arun is a media and sales professional who has a rich experience of more than 10 years in digital media, market research, and consulting. In addition to handling clients from the media industry, he has also worked with clients in FMCG, pharma, manufacturing, retail, online, and real estate industries as well.

Arun holds an undergraduate degree in Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy, Chennai and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

Prabhu Eswara

VP, Demand-Side Products

Prabhu leads all demand-side products for the company.

At Datawrkz, he is responsible for all aspects of managing the product operations, from developing the product strategy and road map to design to scaling the portfolio.  

Prabhu has more than 18 years of experience leading technology and product teams for corporate and multinational organizations around the world. He has a Bachelor’s from Andhra University and a PGPX from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Balachander Lakshminarayan

VP, Marketing

Bala has 16 years of global B2B marketing experience, with companies such as IBM and American Express. He has led and delivered innumerable projects for products and services at all stages of maturity in numerous countries.

At Datawrkz, Bala heads marketing and oversees the creation and delivery of all our outbound and inbound marketing outcomes.

Bala has a bachelor's degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, a Master of Science from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Santosh Kumar

VP, Internal Operations

As VP Internal Operations at Datawrkz, Santosh oversees Finance, HR, Legal, Administration, Legal, CS and other related activities. With a wealth of experience across diverse disciplines, he also has a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, a Masters in Defense and Strategic Studies.

Prior to joining the corporate sector, he was a Captain in the Indian Navy with over two decades of experience in in Ship and Aircraft Operations, warfare strategy and tactics. He has commanded frontline warships and was the Director on Naval
Operations at the Naval Headquarters.

A gold medalist and recipient of the “Sword of Honor” from the Indian Navy, Santosh was a national level yachtsman, but his current passion is playing golf.

Jose Gonzalez

Head of Strategic Sales, North America

Jose is a seasoned business professional with long experience in numerous business domains.

From managing and performing consulting work for a software company to spearheading integrated marketing teams, Jose has done it all. He brings expertise in using empirical data, modeling and consumer insights to help businesses solve problems and transform their growth trajectories.

Jose has always been deeply passionate about the field of advertising technology, and as the head of sales for Datawrkz in North America, he works closely with organizations of all sizes across the US to help them define and execute ambitious advertising campaigns that deliver incredible outcomes and returns.

Jose lives in California with his family and is an avid adventure seeker. He enjoys scuba diving around the world with sharks and in caves.
