Ad Ops Manager





Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting up Advertising Campaigns across different platforms such as social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), Google Marketing Stack, DCM,Programmatic platforms like Xandr.

  • Troubleshooting campaigns setup on the platform.

  • Talk to partners to set up programmatic deals.

  • Clearly and regularly communicate progress to theAccount Management.

  • Work with both Advertiser teams to ensure campaign setup is done within deadline

  • Work with Creative Tags (esp. DCM and other ad server tags), troubleshooting the creative tags.

  • Ability to implement and troubleshoot website pixels.

Skills and Experience:

  • Communication skills: Written and Verbal.

  • Level-headed: Ability to absorb pressure and coordinate with colleagues without direct
    reporting responsibility.

  • Learning A quick learner and passionate about working in a rapidly evolving industry:
    comfortable in learning new things everyday

  • Proactive able to handle a situation and tests our alternatives independently

  • Ownership Ability to take decisions independently without waiting for input from someone else in the organization.

  • Willingness to seek out solutions that will work best for a client.

  • Strong understanding online advertising and its operational flow.

  • Strong understanding of basic ad-servicing and its mechanism.

  • Knowledge of a programmatic platform like Xandr.

  • Hands-on experience on Microsoft excel.

  • Managerial Experience is preferred.
