Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and define business objectives and challenges.

Translate business objectives into well-defined data science problem statements and formulate appropriate project plans and timelines.

Lead the development and deployment of advanced machine learning models tailored to address specific business needs and objectives.

Work closely with Data Engineers to preprocess data, build predictive models, and deploy solutions in a production environment.

Present project findings and recommendations to stakeholders using clear visualizations and effective communication.

Provide expert insights and recommendations to address queries and challenges from stakeholders, offering data-driven justifications for project outcomes.
Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, predictive modeling, and data driven decision-making.

Prior experience in the marketing or e-commerce sector is advantageous. ∙ Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion. ∙ Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling.

Basic understanding of SQL for data querying and manipulation.

Expertise in machine learning models like Gradient Boosting models(e.g.,XGBoost, LightGBM)), Random Forest, and Support Vector Machines.

In-depth understanding of statistical concepts, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and model evaluation.

Proven track record of translating business requirements into actionable data science projects.

Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to non technical stakeholders effectively.
