Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy Senior Executive – Sales (Supply Side) to accelerate publisher acquisition and revenue growth. As a proactive "hunter," you will build a global pipeline of high-value publishers through structured outbound prospecting, multi-channel outreach, and strategic stakeholder mapping within the programmatic ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting (Core Focus): Build a consistent pipeline using cold email, cold calling, and LinkedIn. Execute multi-touch sequences and ICP-based segmentation to engage key decision-makers.
- Publisher Acquisition: Identify, qualify, and onboard mid-to-large scale publishers across Web, CTV, and In-App environments.
- Tier 1 Publishers: Hands on experience in dealing with Publishers in the US and other Tier 1 countries.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary lead during onboarding and early-stage growth; support long-term partnership development with Publishers, SSPs and media owners.
- Synergy With Ops Team: Collaborate with Ops team on eCPM trend, products to identify and execute inventory scaling opportunities.
- Revenue Targets: Can work independently to achieve the targets set by Management.
- Sales Hygiene: Maintain CRM accuracy (Zoho/HubSpot) and provide regular reporting on pipeline health and market trends.
Skills & Experience
- Experience: 3–6 years in digital advertising, publisher partnerships, or programmatic sales.
- Outbound Mastery: Proven track record in cold outreach, social selling, and multi-threading (engaging multiple stakeholders within an org).
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of SSPs, Header Bidding, and programmatic monetization models.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency with outreach tools (Apollo, Sales Navigator) and CRM platforms.

- Data-Driven: Analyzing outreach metrics and inventory performance to optimize results.

- Build a consistent and qualified outbound pipeline

- Demonstrate strong activity-to-conversion ratios across outreach channels
