  1. "Ad Spend" refers exclusively to your Digital Advertising Expenditures.
  2. Your monthly ad spend, including all media spend and agency fees, must be at least USD50,000.
  3. Your current ad spend with your agency has to be on either a fixed CPM or commission-based model.
  4. Your campaign objectives and overall brief to us must be very similar to what you're currently running so the results are comparable.
  5. We reserve the right to request campaign invoices from you to validate ad spend and fees paid.
  6. This offer is not applicable to agencies running campaigns for other brands.
  7. You must commit to a minimum one-year contract with us, while your campaign objectives remain unchanged.
  8. You must provide a minimum of 2 months from the time of campaign launch for our optimization to take effect. If you are unhappy with the results achieved within this period, the annual contract may be terminated at your discretion at the end of the 2 month period.
  9. Datawrkz retains the right to determine eligibility for this offer.
  10. This offer is valid for all new contracts signed before Jan 31, 2025.
